Strengths: The energy-efficient building is designed for urban contexts as well as informal settlements and provides music classrooms and performance spaces for 800 to 1000 children per day. The values transported through musical education, such as discipline, coordination and art, are aimed at making classical music a popular and cultural phenomenon reaching every sector of society.

Difficulties: To find funds to further develop the project, specifically consultants for acoustical, sustainable and structural engineering.
