Improve More Dynamic Use of the City

Strengths: During the months that the lots were open to the public they became the place of reunion of a good part of neighbors and friends, demonstrating that the city is more interested in having a reunion center, social and recreational than have an empty lot, and that a lot closed since 20 years can be revitalized in 1 week.

Extra information: The project is part of a proposed new city ordinance for the reuse of public lots with temporal furniture, while not execute any work on the site and ensure compliance of terms and final uses set for it. The public opening of the lots with various functional programs, give a series of new collective spaces that would develop totally new capabilities for the city, not only public squares but also short-lived equipment, such as meeting places for neighbourhood associations,or even temporary housing.
