Claiming unused space in city center blocks
Strengths: Revealing hidden spatial qualities of the cityblock by making cheap and well located space accessible and claimable for anyone interested. Visual contact between platforms, terraces and walking bridges makes the perception of the space constantly evolving. The actual space to rent inside the buildings is relatively small, but this space can be expanded by claiming the huge vacant space of the terraces. In the future the urban platform strategy can be expanded and connected to similar blocks.
