Strengths: The innovative strenght of regeneration is to be found in its social and economical program. The self.building process of regeneration provides not only a new, people.shared urban landscape, but also new breed of professional in the field of building construction. So many different social classes should be interested in learning new skills while creating their own home, and then apply this method to produce business.
Extra information: Regeneration method is now to be used to solve some of the critical situations caused by the Abruzzo earthquake, in cooperation with no.profit organizations and the italian Protezione Civile. It would be used to create a small student residential district near L’Aquila and a recreational center for children that now are living in the tends.
